As principal of Solutions for the Workplace, Ms. Segal has thirty years of experience in human resources and training.

She has successfully coached hundreds of clients, written countless resumes and interviewed and hired more than a thousand employees.  Ms. Segal has been a featured speaker at conferences, and developed and conducted both management and employee training; she has presented her courses to thousands of participants.

Ms. Segal earned a master’s degree in human resources and a second master’s in public administration.  She is a Certified Federal Resume Writer, a Certified Federal Job Search Trainer, Myers Briggs qualified and has published articles on resume and career related topics.
